I live on Innes Gardens and have not had any such letter
Surely the best way to stop the rat run would be to just stop vehicles coming onto Putney Heath In the rush hour? Then also putting the same enforcement on Westleigh and Chartfield?
They have done this in Fulham just near the New Kings Road and the result is a permanent traffic jam on surrounding roads
They could have at least waited until Wandsworth Bridge was open
