The council's claims that it is re allocating space to walkers and cyclists is specious, and made presumably to gain funds from central government. Dover House Estate is already a safe and pleasant place for pedestrians and cyclists, with quiet roads running parallel to Dover House Road, and of course the gravel lane. This dishonesty should be called out,
