Interesting, early this morning Trump apparently said on his social media "be cool" followed by a second post saying what a good time it was to buy. Did he know at that time he was going to pause tariffs for 90 days, except for China? Does that count as market manipulation with insider information? Or just coincidence?

Are tariffs just really targeted at China? Or is the pause driven by disagreements within his inner circle (Musk was being very vocal against tariffs recently) - must be worrying for US citizens dependent on their 401k or 529 who voted for Trump? (Or those here expecting to draw on ISAs or defined contribution pensions?)
