Further evidence of the EIA deceit emerges with a memo from WBC's Principal Parks Officer The memo is dated 23 January 2012, the day before the screening opinion was issued and was sent in reply to a request for comments on the application. The relevant part says... "The site is adjoining Putney Lower Common Site of Borough Importance for Nature Conservation to the east and west. There are records of protected species in the vicinity" Protected species are of course the bats and badgers identified in the agb Environmental report. So having asked the PPO for their view, the planning officer then promptly ignored it. Despite a note saying "please scan against 2011/5646 as comments" from Sue Moran to DTS, the memo was never added to the online planning portal I wonder why... |
