| The UK and the EU had exactly the same food standards at the time of Brexit. Since then there may be some divergences but I don’t believe that the UK’s standards are now inferior, let alone harmful. The EU could easily recognise British standards as they have done with NZ, but they have deliberately chosen not to. Why ? |
