When you have unaccountable power and access to so much of other people's money you can't resist spending it.

Like her 3,000 pairs of shoes, I suspect he had the full Rymans' collection - pencil sharpeners, ball point pens (numerous colours), rubbers, lined pads....

So then he goes up-market.

I wonder if he will be allowed a Harrods waste paper basket in his cell were he to be prosecuted and found guilty ?!
