| as I understand it the legality or otherwise boils down to whether or not there is deemed to be an “imminent threat”. I am not sure that case has been made, any more than the case was made for responding to the WMD “threat” back in 2003. The Iran regime’s evil intentions are well known but how immediate was the threat? After all, their nuclear capabilities were supposedly destroyed as recently as last year and even before the current bombing campaign started there was little more than belligerent statements emanating from Teheran. |
