| @ Caroline Correct, as neither has been offered for sale by the owners, Wandsworth. In terms of Wandsworth Park the planning applicant was refused, and the refused on appeal. The ACV would have been a material consideration by the planners when reaching their decision. The Sea Scout hut was to be taken over by Wandsworth who in the face of strong opposition dropped their stupidity, allowing the Scouts to continue. My point is that Greening’s petition is not an ACV application, or if it is she has not idea what she is doing. I suspect some intern was given the job of starting the ‘petition’. |
