| I attended a meeting outside the Pub today organised by local Con party office & me too , well aware Residents of Putney Heath & beyond, many agree that the Telegraph should be a Community/ Cafe Pub concept. As to be derelict for 8 months and have an inflated price tag on it's greedy head of 5 Million, when commercial valuations put it at 1.7 Million. If Justine Greening is currently inquiring to who cares & wishes to help protect this historic location from Property developers/, where owners feel they can get all necessary planning permission, wish to take the car park & build homes for wealthy new passport owners! Then, it is right & proper,that we should know who are the current owners in Bristol Gardens, as they hide their face with Offshore company & Bank of Bangkok financing. There appears much possible conflict of interests existing on this topic? Can others please elaborate. |
