| I heard a scream about 15 minutes ago and looked out the window to see the owner of a large bull mastiff type dog talking to a woman who had just been bitten by his dog. I rang the police and advised the woman to do the same. She has shown me her injury. Her skin has been badly grazed, if not punctured. She said the owner of the massive dog was drunk. The lady was taking her cat for treatment and she said she had her two children with her, but some intuition told her not to get her kids out the car. She is shocked because she said she did nothing and the dog bit her. |
