I have seen the handyman cleaning the area outside the carpark myself but of course I can't make you believe that. Troublesome clients are only sent outside if they are asked to leave, if they do not leave the premises immediately the police are called. Other than this clients with noisy dogs are always asked to wait inside due to complaints from residents. Sound-proof kennels would make no difference since it is the dogs for clinic that are causing the problem, not hospital patients. The outside kennels are small but the dogs using them can only have minimal exercise due to sickness/surgery. The only dogs walked around the block are healthy strays or employees' own dogs. It would not be viable to have a dog-free clinic, half of the patients are dogs and the backlash from clients would be huge. |
