| I phoned the hospital once because I kept having to cross the road to avoid intimidating dogs & their owners waiting on the pavement (I have 3 small children and wouldn't want to see who comes off worse in a dog-vs-toddler incident). I was told that the staff have no control over what their clients do once outside the hospital. This was just after the new waiting area was opened. |
