I didn't look for when all the restrictions on the people on where and how they go about their legitimate business eg looking after their olive groves started. These people have not been free for years with increasing restrictions creating a situation resembling the apartheid of South Africa. After all if the people were or had been free to move around then there would not have been such a fuss about the restriction of aid into the area. For years there have been horrific stories of people needing to go to hospital for instance because of a difficult pregnancy but finding that the Israelis at the border would just not let them through. |
