Well, two days and counting, Alan... Stuart King asked Justine Greening last October whether, following David Cameron's public opposition to MPs claiming the £10,000 a year communications allowance, she'd now stop putting out Tory leaflets on the rates, and we're still waiting for a reply. He even put a clock on the website: http://www.stuartking.net/blog/2009/11/is-this-how-long-putney-people-have-to.htm 287 days without the courtesy of a reply. Evidently Putney Conservatives only reply when it's an issue they want to take credit for, or when they think they can blame someone else, or when it's something that's really easy to fix. They can't in the case of BSF or Free Schools because they are 100% the responsibility of this Conservatives and 100% the culpability of the Liberal Democrats shoring them up. |
