I wonder how much transparency there will be in the management and running of 'free' schools and GP fundholder practices ? Both will of course be funded by taxpayer money ie. mine and yours. Will we funders of these organisations be able to review their business plans and accounts and will we be represented on their management boards ? Or, as the Conservative plans seem to be to wash their hands of them at a national and local level, will they be free to go away and spend our money as they please ?
