| Thanks, John, fascinating stuff indeed. Where did you pick that word up, as a matter of interest? Did you dig it up from the 1970’s, or the 50’s perhaps? Have you any examples that you could point to, besides me, that might throw a bit of light on the matter, or put some flesh on the bones? Would any / all of these go into your classification?
