The US attacks last year destroyed Iran's nuclear bomb making ability. There was no excuse for targeting Pasteur Institute in Tehran. I expect the lawyers will come to the conclusion that was a war crime. What I find interesting is that everyone seems to have forgotten the MAD principle that has prevented war between the USSR, Russia, Britain, France, China and those that have protection under degfence alliances such as NATO. Even if Iran developed a nuclear capability, would they risk attacking another country such as the UK with a nuclear response - or Israel with the Iron Dome protection and nuclear weapons to decimate Iran - and even if the US leaves NATO. the organisation has the UK and France as nuclear responders. |
