Michael you obviously don't know everything, because the young ladies upstairs to me were suddenly told to pay 20,000 each for paying to paint the house front and back, which is only windows not brickwork. That was JCF who organized this, who all the other properties were then taken away from them managing and now with a managing agents in Weybridge. The girls got it down to 15000 each.  But that is apart from Service charge, which is paid yearly.  So 30000 and more is abit much for windows don't you think.
