| The planning application submitted is to change the use from park to private garden. The address is amusingly River Terrace abutting 105 - 115 Deodar Road. As opposed to River Terrace abutting Wandsworth Park Or maybe River Terrace abutting River Thames The application was submitted on 8 May, but is still not validated. The planning process can only begin once the application has been validated, not before. Planning applications are meant to be validated within 3 to 5 working days, or 10 days for major applications. The dates page on the portal shows the progress, and at the time of writing this shows... Dates Page for Planning Application - 2017/2707 Site Address River Terrace abutting 105-115 Deodar Road SW15 2NU Dates Received 08/05/2017 First Advertised Registered First Site Notice Valid 09/05/2017 Consultation Expiry Validated Expiry Date 04/07/2017 Decision Expiry Date of First Consultation So in summary the application is nowhere - its not validated, not advertised, no site notice have been posted or consultation letters sent to neighbours, the consultation hasn't started and there is no consultation expiry date. But lots of objections from residents who think that public green space should remain as public green space and that neighbours who only want a little bit should be content with what they have. And of course an ACV application underway by the Friends of Wandsworth Park. |
