Having looked at the proposals, the height of this building will dwarf the residential mansion blocks adjacent - Oakhill Court and Woodlawns.  Specifically Oakhill Court I believe is in a conservation area and 11 storeys will just dominate the Victorian adjacent buildings. 

The size of this hotel is a real concern for transport and parking.  Many customers will drive down the A3, park in our residential roads and visit Central London.  It is wishful thinking to imagine customers of this hotel will arrive and depart by public transport. 

Yes a hotel is a good idea, but not at this height.  When is the closing date for comments again?
