| A more recent poll by YouGov (sampling dates 15-19 March, sample size 4061, https://d3nkl3psvxxpe9.cloudfront.net/documents/Internal_IP_RU_240319_W.pdf) has these results: To what extent would you support or oppose the following approaches to the Israel-Palestine conflict? * A single Palestinian state covering the whole of Israel and Palestine, with Jews expelled from the region: support 5% * A single Jewish state covering the whole of Israel and Palestine, with Palestinians expelled from the region: support 5%. I don’t know what you can reliably derive from such a poll except that you can't reliably derive much of value on polls on such extreme views. PS: Please note: I'm not interested at all in re-entering the endless for-and-against the Gaza war, just commenting on the issue of the usefulness or otherwise of such opinion polls. |
