I would hope so but I feel quite strongly that there is a need to present a concerted and structured effort rather than relying totally on individuals . The strategy to secure temporary planning permission was a clever one and involved some slight manipulation of the truth I would suggest. Anway, the council have commented: this consent shall expire on 30th September 2017 and the advertisements shall be removed from that date unless further consent has subsequently been obtained from the local planning authority to retain them. In order to obtain the local planning authority to review the impact of the advertisement and to ensure that it does not have an adverse effect on the amenity of the area. I am waiting for the Council to let me know how and when they intend to carry out this review so that the views of the community can be presented and taken into consideration. And when application for permanent planning consent is likely to be made. Would you like to be part of an Action Group? |
