| no doubt the 4 bed houses exceed the £1m quoted but starting prices for the little boxes are between £550 -670 k for 1 and 2 beds. still expensive but in line with adjacent manor fields estate prices. People somewhere (probably foreign investors i know ) must have the money as the availability is limited. not affordable by most by any means but not all over £1m as suggested. anyway when Pickles stops the build then they'll all have egg on their face. or was the stoppage of site works in December simply the xmas construction industry holidays ? must learn to be factual |
