I understood there is still a determination to create and move some services/clinics out of the big major hospitals to more local satellite ones.  Many older hospitals like an awful lot of infrastructure is out of date, crumbling, inflexible and not suitable for modern practices.   Where are the philanthropists who used to be so proud to contribute to the facilities in their home localities when there are more millionaires than ever before!
