You might be right but we don't really know what goes on behind the scenes. There are protocols for MPs about interfering in local government issues so she would be very constrained in what she can say relating to the council or TfL. We perhaps should be grateful that she isn't pretending that there isn't a serious problem on Putney High Street partly caused by the Hammersmith Bridge closure. Many on the left locally are claiming there isn't an issue.
