| Philippa, You have really avoided answering the question. You have gone in swings and roundabouts. Hammersmith Bridge is vital, not only for public transport but also emergency services. Whatever the paramedics do, whichever means of transport they have, the truth is if a patient required A&E as a matter of emergency, I do not think you need to be Einstein or a logistics expert to know the shortest route is the one required. There have been enormous strides in health care, we are all very aware of this, but if a hospital is needed as a matter of urgency, studying which hospitals could be used or other options at that moment is really not acceptable and certainly horryfing. |
