| I know you didn't call for dissention from your point of view, but know that it exists. Dumping raw sewage in the Thames is offensive, as I'm sure you agree. Sadly your protests are only going to lead to more of it, as delays and inquries drag on and nothing gets done. NIMBY groups will oppose this necessary development the length of the river. In the long run we will only be poorer and more polluted because of the protests. The final pictures for the preferred site at Barn Elms look reasonable and non-disruptive, and should be allowed to go ahead. |
