For pavement cyclists there is no etiquette, they shouldn't be doing it and they know it. Tell them that and they'll probably give you an earful, but then most people do when being told they're doing something they know they shouldn't (like people using a mobile whilst driving), or cyclists ignoring red lights. If enough people badger them they may get the message. "Get off and push, or take a detour to avoid this, you shouldn't be cycling on the pavement." |
