| Well, that's pretty impressive: can you really plan everything a week in advance? I certainly couldn't - and then there's the problem of perishables (especially fruit) going off over the course of a week. However, to answer your question on how to get a week's shopping home without using a car, why not try a cycle/trailer combination? My trailer will take the equivalent of a week's shopping easily, and when not in use it folds flat and stands out of the way in a door recess. What's more, it's a lot quicker than driving through Putney traffic/waiting to park! |
