| I think it has always been £10 or over at Waitrose for a free hour's parking at the Putney Exchange. £15 seems a little steep - maybe between £5 and £10 would be fair? I totally agree that nobody can expect free parking at Sainsbury's if they don't shop there. But, like Waitrose's old system, if you got a token when you paid your Sainsbury's bill, that could do the trick. |
