| I am actually very suprised to read about the fuss with car parks. Putney is so central blessed with excellent shopping and public transport facilities that as a priviledged resident I would find it very hard to justify the use of a car especially to go shopping. Surely it takes longer driving in the heavy high street traffic and looking for parking than it would making two trips by foot! I walk or cycle everywhere around Putney, it is faster and cheaper. |
