I just saw this post and I agree, i’ve had the same thing happening to me several times. I think it’s particularly bad on URR the two crossings near East tube station. Thanks for posting the link. I didn’t realise that you could report these.
People using the roads should follow the highway code, with so many more electric bicycles available, there is a conversation to be had about how this can be enforced, maybe even at national level. A few months ago, I wrote to our MP about Lime Bikes being left on the pavement under the bridge, blocking access into the tube station. I got fed up with having to step into the road to get around them. To be fair, she replied a few weeks later with a letter that she had written to Lime Bikes and their reply, since then it has been much better.. So how about taking it up with her?
