| It should be looked at again as more people take to bikes as the cheaper option to a car. Just think of the revenue generation Khan could have and what we could save in the NHS from numerous biking accidents as this is used as a deterrent, an accident which thankfully Wayne avoided with his 4 year old daughter. If the fine going through a red light was the same as a car driver, cycling on the pavement equivalent to dangerous driving etc. Personally l think it is a cash cow, automated recognition thereby enforcing road laws. |
