Looks like an error in transliteration: BirminghamLive quotes the name as 'Jarrah' which, it says, "is also linked to Abu Ubaidah ibn al-Jarrah, known for massacring Jews." Incidentally, many biblical/historical names are very similar in both Arabic and Hebrew (Abraham/Ibrahim, etc). Apart from anything else, the girl is desperately in need of some good PR if she's ever to be accepted back here, since every time she opens her mouth she loses any sympathy she might otherwise have deserved and makes a return ever more problematic. |
