I agree Vic but does the post sound so stupid when the council have taken away every bin at every bus stop on Putney Heath Rd?

Take the Green Man bus stop & Hayward Gdns. We have two stops used by school children mothers & the public in general. The children often have sweets, crisp packets something to eat while they wait to get home.

Now your faced with nowhere to safely dispose of ones stuff (empty packets, Chicken boxes) So the council are saying 'keep your waste until you get home.' Well expecting people to get on crowded buses with refuse is a stupid idea hence my stupid post.

It really is asking a lot of the public. I nod my head in despair at how our council thinks they can treat us like garbage.

If these bins aren't returned ASAP then what other service will the council just cease to provide? Oh I could go on but I shan't

We could all carry a waste bag that would solve everything!
