| I heard that it was all to do with cutting the hours of the street cleaners who have to empty the bins, so they therefore removed the bins so that they don't have to be emptied. Afraid that it's another 'lowest council tax' cut back. I don't know if there's any campaign or petition we can start about it, because it's pretty bad when there isn't anywhere to put your rubbish, and there's definitely been an increase in rubbish in the street, in my opinion. |
