| You're quite possibly right Richard but as you say "designated" or not, it has a drop curb and a gap in the central reservation and lots and lots of people use it as a crossing. It also happens to be a busy route to several schools and nurseries. I'm not the only irresponsible parent who crosses here. Given that it is used as a crossing would it not be wise to add some signage or a small traffic clearance area to give those who do want to cross a better chance of making it? If it's not a crossing then why not block up the central reservation so idiots like me can't succumb to the temptation of a short cut? |
