| Why not use the existing crossing at either the T junction at URR and Putney Hill or walk up the Hill from St. John's Ave and cross at the traffic lights outside Putney High School? I disagree that the zebra crossing in Oxford Rd was odd given that many people had no where to cross an extremely busy stretch of road. Putney Hill I think is well served with potential safe places to cross. I don't want to be a moan but personally I wouldn't zig-zag through Putney traffic with a young child in the first place. I've seen too many motorbikes\bikes near accidents as some casually go through red traffic lights. |
