I am not sure that legalising drugs is official Green Party policy but given their other ideas, it wouldn't surprise me if they adopted that one too. What I would like to know is where they intend to find an extra £80 billion to spend on health and social care as well as nearly £200 billion to renationalise the utilities. Taxing the super-rich? Do they really think there are enough super-rich people to finance additional expenditure on that scale? It's childish stuff, designed only to appeal to the 16 year olds they want to enfranchise and to unreformed lefties who still believe, against all the evidence, that there is a socialist solution to the country's problems.
