Martine, you seem to have been troubled by your vicinity to the RSPCA hospital for some time. It is a facility that serves a local need and will, inevitably, cause some problems for some residents but wouldn't it be easier for both sides (and less stressful for you) to negotiate and compromise? There is no 'win-win' solution if your 'win' is the relocation of the hospital; even if that were to happen it would take a significant time period to achieve. Negotiation may result in a reasonable and sensible solution to the planning application and associated parking issues and may actually stop the nurses having a go the next time they have a party. And doesn't the Council deal with excessive noise if notified? |
