| Well let's hope so! & let us hope Councillor Lister still holds the same opinion that he had back on 8 February 2000 at a meeting at The Town Hall with local residents when he "confirmed that it was his view that the Planning Committee would not, in future, look favourably on any planning applications from the RSPCA which involved further expansion or intensification of the use of the site." Also let us hope the Planning Committee take into account the view of the officer from Wandsworth Council Technical Services Dept who stated in a letter dated 5 February 2001 that "I agree with you that the RSPCA have outgrown their present site. It is inadequate for the daily activities of the hospital." He also went onto say "the hospital could not loose (sic) any existing spaces" in reference to parking arrangements. |
