For anyone trying to see the documents online, we query some of the statements made: 1) The service is provided to "people on low incomes in the surrounding community". Go online to RSPCA websites and it says they see anyone within the M25 at the Putney hospital. 2) Hours of Opening "public access monday to friday 9.00-16.00, closed saturday, sunday" staff 24 hrs, monday to friday, & 24 hours saturday, sunday" Let us be clear, the general public turn up at all hours of the day/night, weekdays and weekends. They queue up from 8.00 am outside. One of the main complaints from residents, including us, is the sound of the door entryphone system which we hear ring, then the sound of people asking to be let in and then doors slamming. During the summer, no-one can open their windows because of the noise. Night times can be very noisy. The planning application if successful, would bring thousands of clients closer to our homes. 3) The drawing shows only 3 vehicles parked up neatly in designated spaces. Often there are 12-14 vehicles parked on every available bit of room on that carpark, including right up against the entrance and where the proposed extension will be. |
