| You do have to be on a low income as you have to bring proof. People with sick pets turn up outside opening hours due to emergencies (I have had to rush down very late one night). The RSPCA have been at this site for many years as long as I can remember must be over 25years. When buying a property near an animal hospital you must expect people,pets,cars,noise etc. Did this fact not occur to you? |
