Well the RSPCA seem to think building complete new buildings is the way forward, since they built a brand new headquarters for their office staff at a cost of around 15 million pounds, so perhaps it's time they built a new 21st century state of the art hospital for the animals, as they don't have room to expand on their current Putney site. Why don't they build a support facility in SE London to take the pressure off Putney? Surely it's not good for sick animals to be driven half way across London for treatment. If you want to make the existing facility more efficient, why not restrict the clients to Wandsworth Borough only? like the Blue Cross restrict their service to Merton only. Or perhaps we could hear your ideas/suggestions for increasing efficiency on the current site? Back to 4 x 4's, the only ones I see around the animal hospital are ones driven/parked up by their clients. |
