An interesting development: "Trump Backpedals In $10B BBC Lawsuit After Request For His Financials | HuffPost UK Politics". He's given up seeking damages for loss to brands and businesses, and is now just seeking $10B damages for loss to reputation. I wonder how a Florida court will view someone with a felony conviction in New York ... will his lawyers use his recent drop in poll ratings as reputational damage in spite of the President saying he's got the best ratings ever? |
