I wonder what she would take as conclusive evidence that this action actually took place ?

I would hate to be on trial were she to be in the jury.

For whatever the evidence we can all read and see, the BBC, even though it has 'fessed up, is innocent of any accusation of impropriety and Trump is such a dangerous ogre in her eyes he must be in the wrong and guilty.
