Mr Ixer 'If BBC board members (including recently resigning ones) want to pay to a charity - or perhaps the production company making the original error want to - that's fine by me'. Do you not find its strange that the BBC employs c.6,000 members of staff in its news and current affairs department (including the Hamas supporters in BBC Arabic) and yet had to pay an outside production company to make this contentious and possibly slanderous Trump video. What else were they working on ? Surely the BBC should sue this company for the amount it itself will be liable for were Trump's litigation to succeed. That will give 6,000 scribblers/'social media' posters something to write about 😉
