Mr Rose I totally agree with your post particularly - "After that the Chairman should tell Nick Robinson of Radio 4 and others to shut up about a right wing coup. Finally he should send a letter to all staff telling them to leave their personal political opinions at home when they go to work for the BBC". People like Robinson are far too big for their boots and to the rest it should be made clear that the BBC is not there for them to use to express their personal political views. The slanderous and deceitful fake news clip could threaten the UK US relationship as Trump is not one to put aside a grudge. And to him I am sure the BBC is the UK's state news and propaganda service (which of course it is) and thus speaks for the government.
