Angela Rayner is unsuitable as a prime minister, not just because of her failure to pay tax on her second home, but because she is not educated enough to run the government. An NVQ Level 2 in Social  Care not equip you to take decisions on the economy in conjunction with the Chancellor, which is the most important part of the job. But more importantly neither she nor any of the other more educated candidates, whether Burnham, Streeting, Miliband or Cooper, can possibly run a market economy without cutting back on welfare, which their back benchers won’t allow them to do, even if they wanted to.
