I don’t think any of the Cabinet truly want to be PM that is Labour’s problem.  Unfortunately for us the electorate neither does Starmer given the amount of time he tries to get out of the country as opposed to actually dealing with the country’s problems.  This actually shows how out of touch political parties are from their electorate and how resistant they are to change.
